Who I Am!

My name is Christopher Araiza, I'm originally from San Bernardino California, but currently living in Dallas TX. I'm a go with the flow kinda guy. I'm, also, very competitive which is why Fit Life has bit me like a bug and strive for further self improvement.

I'm currently working in Asset Protection, and helping to lead and manage associates. I'm responsible for helping prevent monetary loss for the company, as well as safety issue that may occur. But, soon I will be leaving that behind as I have recently enlisted into the US Army where I hope to attend leadership schools such as Airborne and Ranger School.

Motivation Through Fitness

I love the adrenaline rush from pushing weights to feeling the air in my lungs from running. But, I wasn't always fit, I used to struggle with weight reaching over 200 pounds! Growing up my motivation was to look like Tobey Maguire from Spider-Man, along with influence from Dragon Ball Z, Hulk, and Street Sharks.

It drove me to push myself to build muscle. It helped to drop to 180 Lbs and from there I did a body transformation in a year, losing 30 pounds and reaching my goal physique! I plan to compete in Men's Physique in the next coming year and setting higher goals!

I love motivating others by encouraging them through their progress. I offer fitness tips and advice to anyone that asks. I like to stay competitive to keep myself and others working towards personal goals.
My Transformation
During my transformation, the one thing that I did was that I kept my goal in mind! It took time to transition into a new life style and there were many times where I wasn't motivated, but I pushed through the adversity.

I would listen to motivational videos every day, listen to speeches, and watch gym fails to truly get into the mind set. Seeing myself with a pump and seeing the progress that I was accomplishing, even if it was little progress, was a big motivator to conquer my goals.

I'm consistently trying to improve myself by researching and experimenting with diets and macro changes to find what works best for me.
What Triple Triumph Means to Me
I remember one day the owner was talking about the company motto “Conquer Mind, Body and Soul.” and it really stuck with me. I always had a similar way of thinking but, mine was Expand Mentally, Physically and Spiritually.

Conquer the Mind
Don't let anything get to you and stop you from trying to achieve your goals.

Conquer the Body
Build your temple, you can only be as good as your foundation, then build outwards.

Conquer the Soul
We all have our struggles, but you control the outcome!

If you can feel good both inside and out and your happy with yourself then that's all that matters.
